How We Ship
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Mumbai fulfillment centre. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your parcel is collected. We currently deliver across India via our courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are unopened, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Products in opened, used, or damaged condition cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, email hello@choicebeauty.co with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please share your account details when you contact us.
